I had an emergency visit for jaw and tooth pain. I was able to make an appointment online the night before. All staff were welcoming, friendly, and concerned about my needs. Chelsea explained all the imaging, showing me what images she was getting, and was playful and funny to put me at ease. Her skill and use of advanced imaging techniques allowed the source of my pain to be clearly identified. Emma at the desk was kind, professional, and made the financial transaction easy. Lucky who assisted Dr Erwin was friendly and kind. I appreciated her patting my arm during the painful injections. Dr Erwin was amazing throughout the lengthy visit. He listened well, knew my history from my intake forms so that I didn’t need to repeat myself, and clearly explained what options were available to me and why others were not. He agreed to provide nitrous oxide for my anxiety, and skillfully removed the doubly-cracked abscessed tooth in one piece, avoiding even more traumatic removal steps. As a new snowbird from Michigan, I will be returning to Dr Erwin at Mesa Grand Dental Group for all future dental work, even routine cleanings.
